Dear Students, Families, and Staff,
Thank you for another incredible year at Bloomington High School North! As we close the 2024–2025 school year, I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2025. We are thrilled to celebrate this remarkable group of graduates as they walk across the stage at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 31. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m.—please be sure to bring your tickets. We’re expecting a full gymnasium of family, friends, and supporters, and we will also offer live-streaming in the auditorium for those without tickets or who are late.
We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2025 and excited for all that lies ahead for them. This class has shown resilience, leadership, and heart. More than 82% will continue their education at a two- or four-year college or university, 15% will enter the workforce, 2% will attend vocational or trade schools, and five graduates have chosen to serve in the armed forces. Their futures are as bright as their commitment has been strong, and they leave us with great hope for what’s to come.
At the end of this message, you’ll find a snapshot of some of the many accomplishments from this year. Watching our students grow—academically, socially, and personally—has been an incredible joy. It is a privilege to witness their journey from childhood to young adulthood.
To our families and friends: thank you. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and love have been vital to your student’s success. The late nights, the hard conversations, the quiet cheering in the background—it all mattered, and we are deeply grateful.
As we close the year, I also want to share a few exciting updates from our athletic programs:
Good luck to our Unified Track Team competing at regionals this Saturday!
Congratulations to our Boys Track Team on winning the Regional Championship!
Best wishes to all our Girls and Boys Track athletes headed to State next weekend.
Our Baseball Team plays in the sectional final on Monday—go Cougars!
And good luck to our Boys Golf Team in sectionals in June.
I wish all of you a joyful, restful, and safe summer. To our returning students—we look forward to welcoming you back on August 6, 2025, for the first day of school.
